Ephemere is hosting a monthly Photo Book Meetup dedicated to the love of photography, books, and community.
• Group Sharing
Bring your favorite photo book or zine—whether it’s your own work or a cherished publication from your collection—to share inspiration with the group.
• Tangible Exchange
Participate in our print swap! Bring 15-20 photo prints (L-size, postcard-size, or 2L-size) to exchange with fellow attendees. All print types welcome!
• Bilingual
The meetup is held in both English and Japanese. We adjust the conversation based on participants’ preferences and skills to ensure an inclusive experience for everyone!

We are currently looking for Special Guests!
For this session, we need two artists—whether based in Tokyo or visiting from abroad—to give a 30–40 minute presentation on the deeper stories, editing, and design behind their photobooks.
This is a unique space to connect with the community, share your creative process, and even sell your work directly to attendees.
