All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Replacements or refunds are not offered under any circumstances, including for damage during transit. If your order arrives significantly damaged, you may contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll do our best to assist or advise depending on the situation.

Ephemere ships worldwide. All orders are processed within two weeks after payment confirmation and dispatched via Japan Post with a tracking number. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing and may take 2 or 3 weeks for international shipments. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on item weight and delivery address. We are not responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or delays due to local regulations.

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. We cannot redirect parcels after dispatch. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery, new shipping charges will apply to resend it.

Important Note for US Shipments:

• Effective August 27, 2025, Japan Post will still accept parcels with a value of less than $100 for shipment to the United States.

• Please be aware that once a package leaves Japan, its delivery status is no longer the responsibility of either Ephemere or Japan Post.

• All imported goods may be subject to a 15% tariff upon arrival. Any customs charges, additional fees, or delivery delays are the sole responsibility of the customer.
