5.1—IMAGE SPECIFICATIONS *

Before uploading your images, please ensure they meet all technical guidelines outlined in the main Open Call #8 document. By checking all of the boxes below, you confirm your understanding and adherence to these critical specifications:

I confirm my photo essay consists of 20-25 images, submitted in proper sequence.

I confirm all my images are print-ready (PNG, TIFF, or high-quality JPEG as per guidelines) and meet all other technical specifications (e.g., 3000px long side, 300 dpi, color space).

10—AGREEMENT *

1. Copyright and Image Use: By submitting your images to Open Call #8, I confirm that I am the original creator and sole copyright holder of the work. I grant Ephemere non-exclusive permission to use my images (with proper credit) across all media platforms, including its website, social media, the Ephemere printed journal, and for group exhibition purposes. I understand that my images may be cropped or adjusted to fit online templates, publication layouts, or exhibition setup. 2. Disqualification: I acknowledge that Ephemere reserves the right to disqualify submissions that do not adhere to the guidelines, regardless of the submission tier (free or paid). 3. Project Changes: I understand and agree that Ephemere reserves the right to make changes to any aspect of this project if necessary, including but not limited to the guidelines, timeline, or exhibition/publication details.
